L’emplacement est bien ! On a presque tout visiter à pied Plage de Ste marguerite à 10mn et 10mn de plus pour se rendre à Rapallo

Un peu d’humidité dans la chambre

Posizione in collina nelle vicinanze di Santa Margherita Ligure. Appartamento sulle tonalità del blu al piano terra con giardino privato molto grazioso dotato di tavolo, sdraio, doccia esterna e bbq. Dal giardino si può accedere al parcheggio privato con una scaletta - ci sta una macchina comodamente oppure due auto non troppo grandi messe a lisca di pesce. A 500 metri c’è un pubblico dove poter parcheggiare una seconda auto. Due camere da letto con due bagni, uno con vasca, doccia e bidet e l’altro con doccia ma senza bidet. Cucina interamente a specchio - BELLISSIMA - dotata di tutti i servizi. Elementi secondo me molto importanti: lavastoviglie e freezer ampio. Soggiorno e divano ampi. Dotato di lavatrice e climatizzatori in soggiorno e in una stanza da letto.

Posto bellissimo, tranquillo e la casa è proprio bella, perfetta per una famiglia!

It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and a garden. The apartment is pet friendly but with an additional payment (70Eur for a dog for 8 days in our case). Blue bedroom was big (but dark). Good to have a washing machine and a dishwasher too. Decent wifi, good enough for audio zoom calls (could have issues with video). A spacious parking spot right by the gate.

The apartment doesn't look as beautiful, big and bright as on the pictures. The second bedroom (1 single bed and 1 double bed) is tiny and doesn't look nice. All beds are quite uncomfortable. Old matrasses, flat pillows, very old towels... all that needs to be replaced. The main bedroom is very dark and its bathroom is very very small too. Plus insects... not sure if it's due to ground floor or something else, but ants, spiders, bugs were spotted all the time.
