Traumhafte Aussicht, schöne Umgebung, guter Shuttle Service nach Rapallo, schöne Liegewiese, saubere Unterkunft mit guter Klimaanlage, gutes Bad, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Hausmeister, toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Portofino, Santa Margerita, Rapallo, Camogli, Sestri Levante, Cinque Terre
Extrem steile Hanglage, zu wenig Parkplätze, ungemütlicher Balkon, Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen, Pool ist am frühen Nachmittag für 2 Stunden geschlossen, WLAN nur im Poolbereich - funktioniert aber nicht, Tennisplatz ist voll Schlaglöcher, Hunde sind zwar gestattet - man darf aber nirgendwo mit ihnen hin und es gibt auch keine geeigneten Gassi-Wege (ich würde vom Besuch mit Hunden abraten), zu Fuß kommt man nirgendwo gut hin

Wonderful location overlooking the Italian coast. Apartment was well-equipped, spacious and with air-conditioning. Regular shuttle into town was very helpful.
Pool was wonderful but opening hours (9-1pm and 3-7pm) could be a little longer
