Good

A lovely place up on a strep hill. The room was cool, enough room for four, lovely patio and pool + of course the view. Very peaceful.

The shuttle bus was good, because the distance from the center was too far to walk. Downside was that it could stay running during siesta. When there's no transport for 3 hours during the day, you're a little stuck. No restaurants or supermarkets near the hotel. Only a small bar at the hotel

The view, balcony, free parking, pool, garden with sunbeds, kitchen well equipped.

Far away from everything, no restaurant/shop nearby, you need a car. No aircon in the bedroom, dark room, the window in the street level (not possible to leave the window open because of the safety). Apartment was very simple and would need the renovation, shabby place, I did not like the atmosphere of the flat. But for 2 nights it was ok to discover the coast. But I can not immagine to stay there longer. It is more like the quarter for youths. Parking was a bit far away on the hill above the resort. Pool also far, we had to walk around all the resort down, no direct way from our apartment. Pool hours 9-13, 15-19 :( we used only once. 14 eurs for towel/bed linen per person is quite stupid, increase the price for accomodation and do not require this separately during the check out.

A two bedroom Gem with a million dollar view.

The location was excellent. However anyone with mobility issues may have a problem as numerous stairs to the apartment. The view from the apartment is stunning. There is an outside table and chairs and being an end unit was fabulous. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The apartment was clean however sofa had wear and the apartment could use a refreshing paint job. For us the pros outweighed the cons but as mentioned some money needs to be spent to update and refresh some things. It did have a new dishwasher, large refrigerator, newer microwave but no washer. We had an issue with the rain shower and when we addressed it with the reception it was fixed the next day. New shower head installed. All in all a good value and would stay again. What needed to be clean was very clean. For the area a good value. With minor improvements and investment this property could substantially upgrade its rating with Booking. com. If I was the owner I would invest the money. In all fairness communication was excellent and the linens provided were good quality. The bed linen and duvets were new. Rapallo is a great town and affordable. Grocery store nearby. I would suggest a car for touring the area however a shuttle was available.

Just the upgrades needed mentioned above.

Look for other property

This property doesn't have AC and some of the rooms doesn't even have windows, May be good for locals who are used to without AC, but sure not recommend for Travellers from US.with family. Though staff was friendly a d try to help but.no windows no AC in August you can't stay in this property. Also inside is kind of very outdated.

Extrem heiß in der Unterkunft, nur ein schwacher Ventilator obwohl bekannt gewesen war das 5 Personen kommen, keine Klimaanlage, WLAN praktisch nicht vorhanden, Wohnung sehr schlecht aufgeteilt und für 5 Personen viel zu klein, Fenster nur auf einer Seite somit kein Lüften möglich! Extrem starke Hanglage, Parkplatz ganz oben und nichts für Fahranfänger, ältere Personen oder größere Autos. Preisleistung sehr sehr schlecht!

Enkelt och grundläggande boende, aningen trångt för fyra men ok för två.

Bra soldäck och pool med underbar utsikt över havet. Mycket grönska på området. Helt avgörande med shuttlebuss till och från staden samt stranden. Annars hade det varit ogörligt att bo här utan hyrbil som det också fanns parkering för.

Allt för lyhört mellan rummen. Många barnfamiljer som har svårt att få tyst på sina barn sent på kvällarna, Rummet var ganska dåligt underhållet och lite färg på väggarna hade gjort vistelsen aningen trevligare. Sängarna var hårda

Välskött anläggning med fantastisk utsikt!

Rent och fräscht boende med en helt fantastisk utsikt! Poolområdet är också välskött och har både personal och bar. Hjälpsam kvinna i receptionen som hjälpte oss med en extra tidig utcheckning. Mycket välutrustat kök med köksredskap, kastruller, stekpannor, ugn och micro. Bäddsoffa som var helt okej även för oss vuxna. Kort avstånd med bil både ner till Rapallo och till mysiga Santa Margherita Ligure. Nära till mataffär, men lång backe upp om man inte har bil! Båtar till Portofino går från hamnen. Vi har bott här tidigare och kommer gärna tillbaka!

Lite otydliga instruktioner för oss som inte är helt 100 på italienska var sopor ska slängas etc. Löste sig dock bra med hjälp av den trevliga kvinnan i receptionen. Fönstret för incheckning är tight, endast öppet mellan 16-17.30. Något slitet i lägenheten, men utsikten är värd att betala för!

La pièce en sous-sol de l'appartement qui sent très fort l'humidité et que nous n'avons pas utilisé du tout. Notre fils a dormi dans le canapé-lit du salon.

J’ai aimé l’emplacement et le bon fonctionnement. L’espace de l’appartement et la vue sur mer.

Tres sale le balcon et encombré. Avec des vieux meubles et pas propres. Je n’ai pas aimé les canapés avec mauvaises odeurs. L’appartement aussi sentait tres mauvais. La fenetre de la chambre avec un defaut avec les stors, ca ne s’ouvrait pas le store. Aussi tres sale le par terre et l’entree et les parties communes pas entretenues
