Excellent location, overall very satisfied

Location of the house - close to city center, but far enough to not to hear the city traffic. About 8-minutes’ walk to the beach. Owner’s approach - no problem with anything, very good, friendly and positive and open communication. Clean and comfortable house - well equipped, above the standard. Nice small garden, where you can have a breakfast / dinner.

In general we were really satisfied and the location and the hired house met our expectations. Photos correspond to the reality. What we would recommend to the owners, is to install mosquito nets to each room. During our stay the net was installed only to 1 room (bedroom). But e. g. children’s room misses these nets completely… Another recommendation is to install the A/C.

Bellissimo appartamento con giardino!

La posizione e la possibilità di parcheggiare non ha prezzo, così come il giardino esterno super curato. I proprietari sono veramente gentilissimi e super disponibili, non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla! Addirittura ci hanno fatto trovare focaccia di benvenuto e acqua in frigo. Disponibilissimi a dare tantissime informazioni sulla zona, orari degli autobus, escursioni da poter fare, etc... Le foto rispecchiano esattamente la struttura. Uno dei migliori appartamenti in cui mi è capitato di soggiornare in questa zona che frequentiamo da tanti anni!

volendo trovare proprio il pelo nell'uovo segnalo giusto i materassi sono un po' scomodi soprattutto nella camera dei bimbi, nella quale mancano anche la zanzariere. non c'è l'aria condizionata per cui se dovesse fare caldo potrebbe essere un problema, noi abbiamo avuto fortuna e sono bastati i ventilatori messi a disposizione. migliorerei un pochino la pulizia, ma c'è comunque tutto il necessario per provvedere in autonomia. ci tornerei sicuramente!

Maison sympathique

La sympathie de la propriétaire. Nous a reçu avec de la foccaccia. Toute la maison est mise à disposition avec toutes les commodités nécessaires.

Il n’y a pas de climatisation. C’est une vieille maison, gros murs en pierre, la chaleur est emmagasinée et malgré le fait qu’il y ai des ventilateurs dans les chambres et le salon, lorsqu’il fait plus de 30 degrés c’est compliqué pour dormir.

Séjour Magnifique

Tout était parfait. Sonia a été aux petits soins pour nous de l'accueil jusqu'à notre départ. Elle nous a gâté avec de la foccacia à notre arrivée et pour le petit déjeuner. L'appartement est très spacieux et propre. Une très belle terrasse avec un magnifique jasmin parfumé. On a passé un magnifique séjour.
