I booked this property for the reasonable price and the easy walk from the train station, but having it right next to a wonderful park and the Old Town made it even better. And a pretty well-stocked Carrefour City market is just steps away, too. The apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay (including a fridge, microwave, and variable-speed fan), but…
…the window configuration is such that there is not cross-ventilation. Luckily the weather was only mildly hot, not super-hot, so running the fan all night kept the temperature tolerable. Also, while the pull-out bed was comfortable enough for sleeping, sitting on the edge of the bed was weirdly unstable.

Fabulous apartment equipped with all you could need, just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Colmar. We had a very comfortable stay and Pierre was a fantastic host. Great communication and very friendly. Parking at the nearby car park was also easy and convenient. Would highly recommend.

Good location
Building is very run down.
Neighbours running up and down stairs and shouting at 4 to 5 in the morning.
Dead flies in the kettle!
Grey and threadbare towels
Bathroom door sticks
No coffee provided
Undersheets dont fit the bed.
Plug sockets hanging out of the wall.
No cupboard space.
