Blackrock B&B

We got to stay in the beautiful townhouse, home of Jacquie & her husband. Everything was perfect and beyond: comfy bed, cosy room, soft towels. The highlight was the care of Jacquie for her guests with an incredible breakfast together with all six guests. The perfect last morning for our first Ireland holidays.

One the best ever B&B or Hotel we have ever stayed! everything at this place are above and beyond; every morning you are having super delicious breakfast; clean facility which you enjoy and really appreciated; close to public transportation; strong WIFL and above all which make the place super perfect is exceptional owner and her family which make you feel welcome and simply make your stay to feel as “home away from home”. If One visiting Dublin then this is a must place to book and stay!

A beautiful room in this stylish and comfortable property. The house and its contents are of a very high standard and we found it a perfect 'home from home' experience. Breakfast was a sumptuous delight and we felt wonderfully hosted.

A little road noise at the front of the house but given the property's location this was expected.

We got a warm welcome, the house was beautiful and its facilities were excellent. The breakfast was superb with plenty of choice. I would definitely stay there again. It was a great location, outside Dublin, and perfect for a vist to the James Joyce Tower, south of Dublin. We were travelling across Ireland afterwards, but if you wanted to visit Dublin I expect that it would be very straightforward - with the Dart train station five minutes' walk away. It was excellent value for money, when compared with places in the city.

Really small point: lack of shelf space in the bathroom. However, this is the case with most hotels and B&Bs. Paying for parking at the nearby Dart railway station was complicated and I ended up parking in a layby on the main road.
