Great location…easy access to the Aviva . Beautiful property well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful

Stayed as was going to a concert in Marlay Park. Fabulous freshly cooked breakfast. Centrally located - good access to city centre ( buses and train within 5 mins walk). Also some nice restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Have stayed before. Complimentary teas, coffees, lemonade and home baked treats on arrival. Beautiful old building, nicely restored. Luxurious feel. Will be back. Staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly.

Lovely communal sitting room with complimentary water, juice, tea and coffee on hand. Nicely decorated bedroom albeit on the small side. Staff very pleasant and attentive.
Tiny bathroom with no space at all to put any of belongings. No shelf or ledge. Shower had to be switched on from bedroom. Inflated price because of concert.

No air-conditioning, room needs to be cleaned batter or update it.
