Great location, amazing host, great view from the balcony.

Guido was an amazing host, after finding out we were getting into Malpensa at 21:30 and either paying £350 for a transfer, or getting a Bus to Milano Centrale, then a train then a bus this late her offered to pick us up for 80 euros which was amazing and saved a lot of stress. The view from the balcony was amazing, and we had fireworks on the Saturday to watch thanks to the Cycling Festival. The blinds are total blackout blinds. The kitchen/dining area was well stocked with utensils and appliances. The location had little noise form outside. It was minutes' walk from the main square.

There wasn't an iron, but we survived, but I am sure if we asked Guido we would have assisted or advised where to get one if needed.

Perfect location, lovely host.

Fabulous location - quiet yet seconds from the lake and the shops and restaurants. Overlooks Villa Romana which is a lovely view. It’s a compact apartment with a great bathroom, balcony and small kitchen.

The living room / second bedroom is very compact :) but has all you need.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Location was great, place was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much. The host was so kind and helpful. He recommended a few places which we went to and had a such a lovely day. I can't recommend this place enough!

Nothing on hotel side but buses can be a bit tricky so might want to find an alternative just in case it didn't show up. (Ours didn't and we missed our train even though we we left an hour ahead. Train station to the place is less than 15 mins away by bus, 10 mins by car)

Very clean, modern apartment 5 minutes from the city center and the port, but on a quiet street. The absolutely unique feature of this accomodation is that you'll get a direct view not only of Garda Lake, but also of an open-air museum featuring Roman frescoes, which is located right in front of the apartment-building. Also, the owner is very considerate, immediately available to help with any problem. We greatly appreciate that he picked us up at the airport and dropped us off when we left.

Amazing owner and super nice place

The location is perfect to close beach and town, easy to go everywhere. The view from the apartment is excellent. You can rest on the terrace—comfortable staying with cooking, washing, etc. The owner is super kind and supports everything, which makes you feel way much pleased. Before arriving, he sent the location with the picture, let you easy to find the place. Also flexible time as well. I would definitely want to stay here again. There is a direct bus to the Sirmione peninsula and the station. Additionally you can see the Roman bath right in front of Teresa and for free :D

The view from the apartment is amazing, the location is perfect close to the lake & the city center and for sure the owner Guido is very very nice & kind, he let us do early check in (when it is possible for him/no guests before), very quick response & helpful. he even came before we check out to say goodbye, asked if we need a little bit more time to stay or not (so we are not rushing) & give us a little very nice Christmas present . we will be back for sure to stay in his place, thank you Guido

Sehr zentral, kurze Wege an den Strand und die Stadt, sauber und gepflegt, geräumig, sehr netter Gastgeber, alles nötige für die Küche vorhanden, Waschmaschine vorhanden, Aussicht auf den See ist wunderschön, Rollos zur Abdunkelung vorhaben

От души рекомендую. Местоположение чудесное, вид на озеро из окна впечатляет. В квартире есть все необходимое для долгого проживания: стиральная машина, микроволновка, достаточно посуды для самостоятельного приготовления пищи, есть даже чайничек и фумигатор. Хозяин очень милый, готов помочь в любом вопросе. Нам было очень комфортно находиться в этих апартаментах. С удовольствием вернемся обратно! Спасибо, Guido!

Tutto perfetto 💚

Struttura accogliente, moderna e curata in ogni dettaglio. La camera gode di uno splendido terrazzino con una vista mozzafiato sul lago e le montagne. Il lago si può ammirare da ogni finestra presente nell’ appartamento. Posizione ideale, zona super tranquilla e letteralmente a due passi dal centro. Guido é stato un host molto gentile e disponibile. Speriamo di poter tornare presto! :)
