Amazing place with amazing host. We had a lovely time there.

We loved everything about the property. It’s a great value for money and if you prefer to stay in a home-like places instead of hotels, this is the best place to book in Desenzano. It’s only 6 minutes walk to the lake and, shops, and restaurants. However, it’s far enough (and in residential area) for it to be quiet during the day and night. The flat is spacious with a huge private terrace. The place is equipped in everything you might need during your stay from towels to pots, pans and even washing up liquids, laundry detergents, spices and coffee. The building and parking space is secured behind the gate so super safe to leave your car. There is a common swimming pool to use and neighbours are lovely people. Marco is a great host, he is always available if you need him and easy to communicate. Such a lovely soul. If we ever come back to Desenzano we will definitely will book the same place again. And if you reading this and thinking if you rather stay in Sirmione - you won’t. Stay in Desenzano and visit a Sirmione for one day, Desenzano is much better town to stay for a few days with better choices to roam and eat in the evening, the beach is also just a few minutes away from the flat and it’s huge comparing to the one in Sirmione. You won’t regret staying in Marcos’ place!

The property has absolutely everything you need ! We were very lucky that the property has a Private underground car park 🙌, especially due to the ice storm happened and all cars parked outside was completely damaged! Very good 👍

Gastheer heeft ons bij het station opgehaald en weer terug gebracht. Balkon was ruim en prachtig. Heerlijk zwembad. Rustige omgeving.

schöne Lage, 150 Meter bis zum See, großer Balkon, schöner Pool im Garten, parken in der Tiefgarage möglich, sehr ruhige Umgebung ,die Küchenzeile ist ausreichend augestattet

es gab einige Sachen die nicht ihre Funktion erfüllten, leider keine deutschsprachigen Sender vorhanden

Wohnung soweit gut, Kücheneinrichtung muss besser werden.

Sehr großzügiger Aufzug und Treppenhaus, großer Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Sauberer Pool, Terrasse und Wohnung groß genug. Pool sauber. Geschirrspüler vorhanden, sogar Pads dafür. Aufzug in alle Stockwerke.

Ausstattung Küche.. keine Salatschüssel, Nudelschöpfer komplett unbrauchbar verschmolzen in Schublade, keine Schöpfkelle, Pfannenwender eher Holzspielzeug (ca. 3 cm breit), Herdplatte oben links fast ohne Funktion, Badewanne gehört renoviert, Pool war sehr kühl.

Van buitenaf kon je niet zien dat je aan happy lake was en daarom gezocht en getwijfeld

Fijne vakantie plek

Van alle gemakken voorzien , heerlijk zwembad , dicht bij het meer en 15-20 min lopen naar het gezellige centrum.

Stank overlast van gft bak van de buren op het balkon. Geen badstop dus soms ook stank uit het bad en we konden het bad ook niet gebruiken .

Apartamento muy completo con una gran terraza. Tiene una bonita piscina y un garaje subterráneo. Está a 15 min andando del centro. El anfitrión, Marco, muy agradable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo , constantemente en contacto por whatsapp.
