Brilliant

Great communication from Marco, when we arrived he gave us a bottle of wine which was lovely. If we needed anything he was only a message away! Clean and tidy, the pool was open I travelled 2nd-9th October and the weather was lovely! Bit cooler on the evening It is a little outdated however that didn’t bother me because all facilities were great and the for the price was fantastic. Location great for lake Garda and the ferry service

It was a fantastic apartment, with a great pool, a short walk from the beautiful lake. Great communication from Marco and a lovely welcoming bottle of wine. The apartment was well equipped and the balcony was very relaxing to sit out on. We wished we'd been able to stay longer than four nights!

-Nice, comfy, spacious apartment placed in a quiet residential complex with two large pools and "green" surroundings . -10 min away from the nearest beach -20 min away from the beautiful historical center of Desenzano

Nothing to dislike , but a bathroom renovation wood be a "+".

everything was clean , apartment well kept and well furnished with everything u need . the Host Marco is a gentleman ready to solve any issues .

the only thing was the distance and walk down and up the hill to reach the center and the lake other than that everything was perfect :)

A Great appartment and area, probably better to have a car.

We went in spring, so it was calm, and not far to walk to the lake or town. The host was very helpful. The apartment was spacious, with a lovely balcony, and comfortable beds.

The supermarket was a long walk away, the other side of town and up a hill also the train station was at least a half an hour walk. The transport, buses slow and always 20 minutes late! The boats are great but expensive for a family to use as transport to visit other places. We didn't have a car.

We really had a wonderful time, even our pet was very welcome. The apartment is really spacious with a big and safe balcony where our dog could play and spend time in the apartment while we were in the swimming pool, the only place where pets are not allowed. Everything was nice and neat. Walking distance to the lake and restaurants. Marco was very friendly and helpful giving us tips about the surroundings and responding quickly on WhatsApp. Very nice stay 😁

Good size apartment with balcony and lovely pool but shopping can be difficult without a car.

Spacious apartment. Good size balcony with table and chairs and informal seating. Lovely swimming pool. The transfers from the airport and return were punctual and reasonably priced. Good restaurant within a short walk from the apartment.

Although there was a mini market nearby it was a long walk to the nearest supermarket and back - particularly with heavy shopping. There is a bus stop near the apartment but the buses were not very reliable. We would have liked some proper wine glasses.

A very kind and helpful Marco. He met us at the station and also drove us back when we left. Quiet and nice place. Nice pol. Walking distanse to the beech and restaurants.

Marco war sehr Hilfsbereit. Danke! Er half uns, schnell ein Restaurant zu finden, und gab uns Tipps für den nächsten Tag. Als Willkommensgeschenk hatte Marco uns eine Flasche Wein und Cracker dagelassen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, Gabeln, Löffel und Messer befinden sich in einer Schublade unter dem Fernseher. Wir haben einen Tag gebraucht, um sie zu finden. :) :)

Das Wasser im Badezimmer lief sehr langsam ab. Das war unangenehm.

À refaire et revenir chez Marco 🙏🙏😻

Marco le propriétaire nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et amical en nous donnant plein de conseils de visite à faire dans les alentours. Il a même assuré notre transfert depuis l’aéroport 🙏👌 et il est resté à notre disposition si besoin durant toute la durée du séjour L’appartement de Marco est tel que décrit sur les photos. Les pièces et la terrasse sont très grandes et surtout très confortables. Marco a tout agencé pour se sentir comme à la maison 🏡 . Et il nous a même offert une petite bouteille de vin blanc local avec des biscuits apéritifs pour notre arrivée 😻💚 C’est assurément un endroit à recommander pour séjourner à Desenzano 🙏🙏 La copropriété est très propre également et bien entretenue avec une piscine à débordement avec transats

Au top!

Résidence tranquille avec piscine pour passer des vacances à un endroit stratégique au bord du lac de Garde. A 5 minutes du lac et du centre très animé. L'appartement est parfait, propre et confortable et bien équipé. Marco nous a très bien accueilli et est disponible pour tout renseignements. Je recommande sans hesiter et on se fera un plaisir de revenir lorsqu'on souhaite retourner dans ce coin là 😉.

الاستقبال ممتاز الشقة فيها كل مايلزم العائلة..الاسرة مريحة...النظافة ممتازة...الموقع بعيد قليلا عن السنتر لكن لا يشكل مشكلة بتاتا....صاحب العقار انسان رائع ومتعاون وخدوم...واوصلنا بسيارته الى محطة القطار انصح به بلا تردد.

Se uno vuole relax e comodità il posto è perfetto.

E un appartamento accogliente dotato di tutto, per farla breve e non dilungarmi per me è stato come essere a casa mia ma a Desenzano, avevo tutti i confort e quello che mi serviva per qualsiasi evenienza....insomma peccato stare solo due giorni avrei passato volentieri una settimana di vacanza.

Nulla tutto perfetto per le mie esigenze.
