About this cottage rental

Amenities: Underfloor heating with additional heating from the coal effect gas fire. Combination oven microwave, 2 ring gas hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice box, All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Wooden veranda over looking fishing lake with furniture and BBQ. Bike storage available. Off road parking for 1 car. Sorry no smoking. 1 well behaved dog welcome. Shop/PO and pub/restaurant 0.5 mile. Due to the isolated position, vehicle access to the Yurt is via a track across the owners field. (This may not be possible in very bad weather) The owner’s field, outdoor hot tub and pool are available for guests to use.

We stayed in the yurt over new year and it was incredibly snug and felt more spacious than I expected. The weather was lousy but the setting was lovely and felt very private.

Solitude. Privacy and quietness. The Hot-tub caught my eye! I wanted something different. something special as this was a birthday gift to my partner. This was well in my budget + full use of a hot tub ( our very own for the duration of our stay) and we both enjoy walking. this was the ideal place. Also, it was just an hours drive. I jumped at the chance. Our host were friendly and so helpful. nothing was too much for them. Everything was just perfect. even our unexpected Reveille in the early hours of the morning by the geese swans and not forgetting the ducks Fantastic! We will be going back. My hairdresser is very interested.
