good accommodation with no wow effect

apartment was clean, modern, comfortable bedrooms and kind owner. good location near Area 47, quiet locality, no night life, good parking

big problem is missing living room, in our apartment was only small kitchen with table and any sofa, aby arm chair for relax. we have any place for evening family activities. next problem was missing balcony / terasse, there were only bedrooms and kitchen and bathroom. We were very upset and we because of those fact, we haven't good vacation vibes.

The apartment is quiet, comfortable and the host is very net.

In a small country and 30km away from the ski ort. If you don't drive, it is very convenient. We cannot find where we can control the hitting. The pillows are not comfortable for us.

This was our second visit to Alps-3000. As before, we liked it a lot - there is everything that a family would need for a pleasent stay. We were in another appartment (not the one from the pictures), but it was still ok. Again - higly recommended!

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, die Vermieter waren freundlich und bei der Ankunft persönlich anwesend.

Die Wohnung war geräumig und hell, und die Aussicht schön.

Mir persönlich fehlten in der Küche kleine Töpfe, und eine Leselampe im Wohnzimmer für den Abend.

היה לי קצת קשה שאין רשתות בחלון בגלל הזבובים ולשומרי שבת עם ילדים קצת יותר קשה בגלל שאין גן משחקים להעסיק אותם וגם הדירה בבניין וצריך לשמור על שקט אבל עדיין זה לא הפריע לנו ונהננו מאוד

Super schoon&mooi appartement

Wij zaten met 2 gezinnen in 2 appartementen, beide appartementen super schoon, goede bedden, fijne zithoek met een volledig uitgeruste keuken. Armin, de eigenaar een hele vriendelijke man was makkelijk benaderbaar. 10 min lopen naar de bushalte. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug.

Waar de eigenaar niks aan kon doen waren soms 's nachts de loeiende koeien in de wijk.

Wunderschön und erholsam

Topmoderne stilvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft mit komfortablen Betten und einer sehr guten ausgestatteten Küche! Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. Durch die zentrale Lage im Ötztal erreicht man sämtliche Aktivitäten/Attraktionen innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Absolut empfehlenswert!
