Wonderful location, overlooking the town of oetz,parking, & a convenient location for the gondola

The keyless door was unusual and seemed to work well ! Cooking facilities were very good

A nice place to spend a few nights in

The location of the place is very nice with an exceptional view of the mountains. The place itself is well equipped and comfortable to stay in for a few nights. The staff was very responsive and nice to us through messages and we're grateful for that.

Our shower didn't have any shelves for showering supplies and the handheld shower head was uncomfortably tiny. Also bear in mind the shower only has one panel, some flooding is inevitable if you're not extra careful while showering.

The room was clean and modern looking. The summer card was provided which was very helpful

For starters, the place was overly digitized. The fact that we didn't meet a single person working there over 4 nights felt estranged, and that the only way to enter the building and our room was with the personal webpage on my phone was very inconvenient. Second, the wifi was unstable. Third, we constantly heard the sewage through the wall near our bed at night. Some smaller things: the shower is open on one side which inevitably floods the floor. Also, be aware that the place is located uphill compared to the main street so you might need a car to go out. I give this place an 8 but that's just because of the overall decent place and the summer card which made our stay ok.

Super comfortable apartmentgreat views and balconies

The apartment was super comfortable with 3x balconies and very nice sitting area to relax and look out at the mountains. The location above the city was great for views and for us a good trade off for the 15 minute walk to the supermarket and into town. It is a pretty good walk back up but it’s not an issue if you’re reasonably fit.

Be aware the sidewalk requires a road crossing at a curve without a crossing sign, so you need to be very careful when using the road to go to the supermarket or into town. This is the town’s responsibility not the hotels, but you should be aware it could be a challenge for children to do on their own or for older people who cannot cross quickly. There is an alternate path into town in the other direction but it is a lot steeper so we chose the road and just scampered across while listening for cars. This is a digital hotel so we didn’t interact in person, just through WhatsApp. The staff was very responsive but I would have preferred having face-to-face communication while checking in and in case of questions but that’s just my preference. My wife actually liked that it was 100pct digital.

Apartment number 8 - Apartment for 4 people. Located on the lower floor. The apartment is very spacious/large, 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, 2 toilets, living room and an amazing balcony with a crazy view.

Lage war sehr gut, die Wohnung großzügig geschnitten und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Eigentlich hat alles gefallen, lediglich fehlten in der Küche einige Kleinigkeiten, zB Ofenhandschuhe.

Ein perfekter Kurzurlaub über meinen Geburtstag

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen und hat eine herrliche Aussicht über Oetz ins Tal. Der Skilift ist bequem per Skibus oder zu Fuß erreichbar und Petra und Kay sind einfach super herzlich und entspannt. Die Appartementausstattung ließ einfach nichts zu wünschen übrig und es ist sehr sehr sauber. Danke nochmals für den Prosecco zum Geburtstag!
