Upon entry, you will find a welcoming entrance hall that leads to the beautifully and tastefully furnished living spaces. The apartment features 2 double bedrooms, with each room providing its own private shower, WC, and television with a flat screen. Both bedrooms offer direct exit to the balcony for your convenience. The large kitchen and living room area is equipped with a 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and satellite television with a flat screen. This spacious kitchen and living room also provides exit to the balcony. Additionally, you will find a separate WC within the apartment. The entire space is comfortably heated with underfloor heating throughout. A large balcony of 40 square meters extends from the apartment, positioned to capture both south facing and west facing views, and is furnished with balcony furniture for your relaxation. From this vantage point, you will enjoy a marvellous view of the mountains.
