Very good

Very scenic location with good overview of the lake from the garden. Nice with flowers all around. Kitchen with all needed appliances. Large bathroom and own entrance.

It would have been good with some driving directions. The property is at the end of a narrow road, which more looks like a pedestrian path to the lake. You have to go ahead at two signs saying "no entry except for residents" and as I arrived in prime time for beach guests, at Sunday afternoon, 20-30 people including children needed to step aside for me to pass - and gave me very funny looks.

Exceptional

Extremely friendly and helpful host, Nemi. Rooms were comfortably equipped, with a whole kitchen to our disposal. House is nicely situated close to the lake, with almost no other houses in the surroundings. We could make use of a balcony overlooking the lake and there was a boat house with rowing boat available.
