There isn’t anything that I disliked, I would just have a small suggestion to make about the shower. As we were a family with kids, I would have preferred a shower with an adjustable riser, as the shower was a bit too high for a child to be able to take a shower by themselves.

A nice place to come back for a lovely beach holiday

The room was a bit small but nice and cosy. The owner was very friendly and hospitable, offering us almost every evening cakes and melon. He is a very nice and communicative person. The room was clean and the cleaning was made every 3 days. It was a good accommodation.

You have to walk to the beach about 10 minutes but the area of the villa is quite. So , you have to choose between being close and noisy or a bit far and silent.

Wonderful.

The property looks the same as in the pictures, it’s lovely and clean, modern with an elevator which is very helpful if you’re traveling with small children. The front yard is wonderful and everything is tidy. The rooms are clean and modern, everything works great inside the rooms. It’s very quiet at night which is perfect for getting a good night’s sleep for everyone, kids included. The owners, Anestis and his family, are very friendly, nice and hospitable. They even gave us a baby bed for our baby, even though we didn’t request one previously. Super nice. We had a really good time there and we will come back again for sure. Thank you. 🫶🏻

Very nice room, comfortable beds. Great location a few minutes walk from the beach. The owner was very nice and communicative. Even gave us a home made jam as a present.

This was a wonderful vacation and really a great experience to be that much warm-welcomed.

The most hospitable and helpful owner, going ways out to help your stay to be the most pleasant possible. There is also a lift which was extra great. The room was new, extra bed shits, beautifully arranged. There is a parking to park your car, wi-fi included in the price. The beach is sandy, there are a lot of restaurants, shops, bakeries in Olympic Beach which are pretty affordable and the place is clean. I recommended with all my heart!

Perfect place

Everything was perfect. Villa Rafailla is a very well-maintained building (there is an elevator to the upper floors, clean, beautiful space in front of the building). The room had everything you need to rest. From the balcony with good visibility you can see the mountains (Olimp). The beach is very close, as well the restaurant .Atmosphere during our stay was very positive thanks to the owner, who was attentive to our needs, advised us what to visit in the area and also gave us delicious Greek delicacies:) We are very happy that we choose Villa Rafailia.

Wonderful vacation, the owners were very friendly and communicative. The room was clean with all the necessary small things, like an appliance with liquid against mosquitoes, clean towels, ... The location is quiet and peaceful. We hope to be back again this summer.

Fantastic villa!

The Villa is fantastic! Very clean, with new furniture and everything you would need for a comfortable stay, elevator, nice veranda and absolutly charming staff. We spent only one night since we were just passing by, nevetheless when we left we received for a gift a jar of olives. I stronglu recommend the place to everyone!

The apartment is clean and newly furbished. It is very comfortable and well equipped. We didn´t have any problems with anything during our holiday (kitchen equipement, air conditioning, hot water, wifi...everything was working perfectly). During our stay it was a real home for us. The warmest welcome we ever had. The owner is extremily kind and has offered us delicious homemade cake. 10Q Anestis !!!

Миниотель новый, есть даже лифт на 4 этажа. Очень радушный и гостеприимный хозяин. В отеле очень чисто. Через 3 дня меняют постельное белье и полотенца, протирают пол. Очень редко встречается такой сервис в Греции в апартаментах. Во дворе есть мангал, можно жарить барбекю. Рядом с домом достаточно места для парковки автомобилей. Место тихое и спокойное. Немного далековато от моря, но зато полезно прогуляться и потратить калории от вкусной греческой кухни! 😉 Мы с женой очень довольны отдыхом, рекомендуем!!! 🤗
