I am going again in September

Super clean, third floor with amazing view, balcony with a sun canopy (very important since it is facing east), mosquito net on the door, small kitchen with just about anything you might need, fresh towels and bed sheets every three days, sandy beach, warm sea. Oh, and they have elevator!

It is a perfect central location with an amazing wiev to the beach, to drink the morning coffee and in the evening you can see how everything gets to life, people walking around and everyone enjoying their time there (but not too loud). The rooms are very clean, also with aircondition wich is very important as it is very hot. You can find everything you want nearby, like restaurants, coffeeshops, icecream, markets and in case is not enaugh, you can take a nice walk of just 30 min to Paralia Katherini. I highly recommend and I hope to go back soon. 😍

Superb

The location is great, near to the beach and on the main pedestrian street with restaurants and shops. The apartment was nice and clean with beautiful sea view. Our host Giorgos was very polite and hospitable.

Nice sea escape

The location is great as well as the host. Big apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and a small kitchen with a great terace with view to the sea which was really noce. The beach is just across the small park - no cars in front. We have a cold white wine and water left for as a welcome drink which was really nice!

The kitchen is too small but good enough. The only thing we did not like was the smell of cigars which wasn’t nice at all.

Beautiful view, extra clean rooms and friendly stuff. What else should I need?

The apartment is 30 secs from the beach, and 0 secs from the first restaurant. It has a swimming rubber storage on the ground floor, so you don’t need to always carry the sandy stuffs to your rooms. The beach is really good! Sandy, cleaned every day and without jellyfishes.

It is workable for a couple of nights, but is not a good idea for a long stay

The best feature of this property is its location. The owner is very nice and ready to help. In the fridge you will find a complement by the owner – a bottle of wine, a bottle of water and a bowl with fruits. Next to the property is located a very nice ice-cream salon Venezia, where you can have a homemade ice cream, vaffles, pizzas and all sort of snacks and drinks.

Small room, very small bathroom, a lot of mosquitoes into the room. Old furniture and equipment, small terrace, very small closet. Very noisy during the night, because of the location. Honestly, it was disappointed and a bit overpriced, but probably it is because of the popularity of the beach.

Mooie locatie, groot en schoon appartement

Mooi ruim appartement met prachtig uitzicht op zee. Super locatie, zeker als alles open is. Wij zaten er net buiten het seizoen. We hebben onze host niet ontmoet, maar hadden fijn contact via de app. Heel fijn dat onze was kon worden gedaan. In het appartement zelf staat geen wasmachine, dat hadden we verkeerd begrepen. Ook kregen we op ons verzoek informatie over supermarkten en restaurants die nog wel geopend waren en waar we kiezelstranden konden vinden.

Bedden waren aan de harde kant, maar die ervaring hebben we vaker in Griekenland. De mogelijkheden om zelf te koken zijn wat beperkt, maar was voor ons dit keer niet zo’n probleem!.
