Julsun apartment

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious, and the balcony is huge, fully covered and perfectly shaded, making it a great place to relax even during the hottest part of the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a refrigerator, semi-automatic espresso machine, stove, cutlery, plates, pots, and pans, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at the apartment. A big advantage was the air conditioning in both rooms. It cools the entire apartment within just a few minutes, which was absolutely essential during our summer holiday. The location is excellent—only a 2-3 minute walk from the beach, while still being in a quiet area away from the crowds. The promenade, restaurants, and supermarkets are all within a short walking distance. Street parking is usually very busy and it is difficult to find a free spot, but there is a secure paid parking lot only about 50 meters from the apartment. For just €5 per day, your car is monitored 24/7, which made parking completely stress-free. We can't wait to return.

The only downside was the Wi-Fi connection. Although there are three available Wi-Fi networks, none of them was reliable enough for streaming YouTube or Netflix, and even social media apps sometimes struggled to load properly. This was the only issue we encountered during our stay. It wasn't a major inconvenience for us, as we simply used a mobile hotspot from a phone placed where the signal was stronger, and that worked perfectly.

Permanent contact by the owner with precise instructions before arraving. Big free parking nearby, another big payed parking available (like plan B). Park on the street possible (but usualy no free places). A lot of restaurants, bars and shops available, delicious foods, polite and English (not only) speaking staffs. Card payment available almost everywere. View to the Olymp mountain.

The apartment is located a 3-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach of the Olympic Riviera. There are many good restaurants, shops and bakeries around. There is also a park with playgrounds. When we arrived, the host was waiting for us and we settled in immediately. In the refrigerator there were bottles of mineral and sparkling water, fresh fruit, pastries and a bottle of wine for us as a welcome gift. The beds in the rooms are new and super comfortable. We slept like babies. The new air conditioners also contributed to a good sleep. There are insect nets on the soundproof windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, an air fryer and a stove. There is oil, salt, sugar, tea, coffee to prepare food. A large bathroom equipped with supplies. A very clean, nicely decorated and cool apartment. There is a large shady balcony for a pleasant stay outside. We all decided that next summer we will rest right there in the beautiful Olympiaki Akti. We didn't like that our stay was short. But we will definitely come back.
