A comunicação com o hotel sempre foi muito boa. Rebecca sempre respondeu de forma ágil e educada. O hotel está muito bem localizado, no coração de Montalcino. O hotel é um charme só e a cozinha é maravilhosa. Jantamos muito bem no restaurante do hotel. Toda a família é muito atenciosa e carismática. Eles possuem serviço de valet e estacionamento para o carro. O café da manhã é muito bom também! O hotel é extremamente limpo, bem cuidado e organizado. Em nosso quarto, cama e travesseiros eram muito bons, o chuveiro era excelente!
Como sugestão seria a possibilidade de ter frigobar e uma chaleira elétrica nos quartos.

Great staff, good location, wonderful breakfast, the carrot cake 😋
Difficult without specific instructions to drive car to front of hotel. Once there we did private parking for €10 a day with vale park was great.
