It is super close to public transport and the host was very friendly and answered my texts right away. The apartment has everything that is needed for a short 'city-trip', including a hair dryer and an iron.

It could have been cleaner. We found a few corners that had not been attended to in a while.

We had a really lovely stay in this flat. It is deceptively spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated throughout. There are two well-sized bedrooms, both offering different advantages depending on your preference. The front bedroom has two windows overlooking Old Street, so there is some expected traffic and pedestrian noise. That said, the area is relatively quiet for London and it noticeably settles down by around 10–11pm, so it did not disturb our sleep. The second bedroom is located at the back of the apartment and has no windows, which actually works very well for guests who prefer a completely dark and quiet space. The flat is well equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is compact but functional, with a cooker, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and fridge. It made the stay very easy and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and fresh, with a good shower and consistent hot water. The host is very helpful and a pleasure to speak to.

A couple of small improvements would make it even better: an internal deadbolt or additional lock on the door would provide extra peace of mind, and the towels could do with being replaced. The hallway and stairs are a little worn, but once inside the flat it is modern, clean, and very well presented.

Tolle Lage gleich bei U-Bahn und Bushaltestelle. Mehrere Geschäfte gleich gegenüber. Küche gut ausgestattet, Waschmaschine ist praktisch und Mobilar zweckmäßig.

Matratzen waren wirklich grausig und versifft. Da war mir nicht mehr wohl zumute. Hier muss dringend etwas erneuert werden. Fünftes Bett war nicht vorbereitet und die Wohnung hat nur in einem Zimmer Fenster. Laut war aber das strassenseitige Zimmer nicht. Alles in allem aber zu teuer.
