L’emplacement était parfait, près des commerces, des bus et du métro. Une belle vue du 19e étage de l’appartement.
Un chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans une des chambres, il faisait zéro dehors donc très froid dans celle-ci. La literie était de mauvaise qualité. L’appartement est découpé sur quatre niveaux, ce qui ne le rend pas pratique. Il manque une grande casserole et une grande poêle pour pouvoir faire la cuisine pour quatre personnes. Attention à l’eau chaude, nous avons eu une journée où il n’y avait plus assez d’eau chaude pour les quatre personnes.

Die Lage war sehr gut, es hat mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kürze zu Fuss. Auch die U-Bahnstation ist gut gelegen. Die Aussicht ist grossartig und die Betten sind in Ordnung.
Kommunikation mit der Agentur eher mühsam. Ich habe für einen Früheren Check-in und Late Check Out angefragt und nie eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Ich musste über ein Portal mich einchecken, was in Ordnung ist, aber dann gibt es 2 Fees entweder 60 Pfund nicht zurück erstattbar (was ich frech finde) oder dann 300 Pfund zurück erstattbar (was zwar ok ist, aber ich weiss nicht, wann das Geld zurück kommt und ob es zurück kommt --> Kommunikation schlecht) Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche, ist schlecht.
