Really clean and comfortable apartment in a very central location, with amazing views… I will 100% be booking this place again for my family trips to London!!

The stay was truly pleasant! It's located two minutes from the tube, supermarkets, also a 24-hour one, pubs, and places to dine. We always felt safe in the area, even returning late at night. The apartment has everything we need, is modern, and clean. It's on three levels: bedrooms, bathroom, and living room/kitchen. The view from the balcony is spectacular: you'll appreciate an aperitif overlooking London! The host is very helpful and kind

Didn’t know it had plenty of stairs to go up and down bedrooms and bathroom. Not safe for elderly person or small children. Not enough fans for all rooms, it was super hot. Also, I tried to get the owner to help me rebook her property with plenty of time at her recommendation. She said once rebooked she could refund some of the money since I couldn’t go with all my family due to family illness. Then, when booking.com was willing to do that after several of my calls, she wouldn’t put anything in writing for refunding if rebooked. She didn’t really want to help me, she probably just wanted the money I paid in full 2 months prior and the money for rebooking it as well. I get it’s a business, but some people just don’t care about others in need anymore.
