Overall, it’s a good place to stay. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and ideal for groups of 7–8 people. The location is definitely its strongest feature. It’s only a 10-minute walk to Barbican Station, with excellent connections to the main attractions across the city, and about a 15-minute walk to St Paul’s Cathedral. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient for both short and longer stays. Comfortable place in a great location. On a very positive note, communication with the hosts was outstanding. They were always kind, respectful, and friendly. Fabio, in particular, was extremely attentive and always made sure our needs were met, which made our stay much more enjoyable.

A few small areas could be improved. The cleaning standards could be better, and the entrance to the apartment would benefit from a bit of refurbishment and some extra attention to tidiness. Also, because the apartment is located above a fish restaurant, you may occasionally hear the ventilation fan running during the night.

Incredibly spacious apartment — so large that even 10 people can stay comfortably without feeling crowded. The real highlight is the 200-inch screen, perfect for movie nights or events. Great location, just a few minutes from Barbican. Highly recommended!

Some things promised in the description did not exist. There was no dishwasher, no spa bath, no bathrobes or toiletries as promised. These were all things we took into consideration when booking so we don't feel we got good value for what we paid. There were areas where there was thick dust and fluff on the floors
