No aircon and cannot close the windows due to the heat, but noisy because pub downstairs

This is a difficult review to write. First the location in Angel was good, The room was a good size with nice kitchnett, but access by a steep stair case. The bathroom had a proper shower and was spacious. Full marks here as the british have no idea how to do a real bathroom.
The bar staff were only interested in running the bar but not adddressing any accomodation issues. We had no toaster which was never addressed. The room is in a very noisy location especially if your stay coincides with a soccer match. There are crazy soccer holligans drinking and singing all through the night. There was no air conditioning, as we were there during a 32 degree week. There was a very steep stair case and not suitable for old people with 20kg bags. You needed a PHD to operate the TV and the cooktop.
