I have been staying at this apartment for all my London trips for the last four years. The space is great and the price reasonable. This is not a luxury level place but it is homey and that's what I like about it. I think it has come under new ownership in the last year or so and the new owners have raised the level a bit. A good thing.

Good location near underground, bars and food shop.
Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything required.
Sofa beds weren't made up after being requested and approved by owner. Items were left in property but staff haven't been helpful in retuning them.

The apartment was clean and the location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby amenities.
Unfortunately, the staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful throughout my stay. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome, and customer service was well below the standard I expected. Simple requests were met with little interest, and overall the service had a negative impact on what could have been a much better experience.
