Made to Measure Business

Bed was comfortable, room was a good size and facilities provided in bedroom and bathroom were good. The receptionist who was there in the morning was friendly and helpful.

Entry lobby to the building is shabby and the lift did not seem to be working. This 'hotel' is actually one floor of a residential building - and the staff are only there in the morning, which did give us some concerns about security, my wife would not have stayed there alone. Due to no staff being on-site at check-in I was asked to email passport and credit card details, which I was not willing to do - I presented both in the morning at check-out instead.

Lovely clean rooms! Staff very helpful and friendly! Breakfast served in the room was delicious!!

Conveniently located close to the train station. A lot of restaurants nearby as well. Good size of the room. All facilities are quite new.

Located in a residential building. Could be difficult to find.

What I like most about the property is its convenient location near Milano Central Station, just a 20-minute walk from the city center.

What I didn’t like about the property is that, although breakfast is listed as included, it isn’t clearly mentioned that it’s not a full hotel breakfast, but rather a small snack. I believe this should be clearly stated so that guests are fully aware before booking.
