    - In short, it’s like a 4 stars hotel, not 3 stars. - The room is very big and comfortable. - Balcony is big too. - Amenities are quite new and high quality. - Staffs are super gentle. - Good location in Milan. < 10min walk to Central Station.

    Beautiful hotel, accomodating personnel and seemingly one of the best locations especially if you’re open to the usage of tram and subway. Would book again.

    I had a small room on the 4th floor. It was comfortable enough for one person. The lifts move really slowly here. The wifi in my room didn’t work for the 2 nights I stayed, though I flagged it out after the first night. It’s an old place and the lobby is quite grubby but not an issue if you don’t intend on spending time there. Location is about 7-10min walk from Milan Central station. Convenient enough but can still be a bit of a walk if you’re lugging suitcases with you. From the hotel you can also take a nice leisurely walk to the town centre for about 20-30mins. The young men at the reception were friendly. They also allowed me to check in early when I arrived at 10am. However when I was leaving there was another person at the reception and he was rather unfriendly. After I returned my keycard and waited to ensure all was ok, he merely dismissed me with a ‘it’s all done’ implying I could go now. No niceties like ‘thank you for staying with us/ hope to see you again/etc’ not even a simple ‘bye’, just a death stare.
