Hotel is located on a small, but very lively street which has a market on it - very atmospheric! There were no noises in the room though and it was very comfortable! Location is great - right next to metro station with two lines. From here You can reach any location in Taipei.
There are steep stairs and no elevator. Just be ready.

Location was great and bed was comfortable. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
Honestly not very clean. The floors felt dirty and there was lots dust in corners and under the bed etc. Room felt very tired too and the wall paint was peeling off. Also some very steep stairs up to reception and I could imagine would be difficult for anyone with any physical difficulties. That being said the receptionist was very willing to help and carried my bag down when I left.
