The lady at the reception desk was very friendly and welcoming. The room that we got was spacious, clean, ready before the check-in hour. The hotel is very close to the city centre, there are many restaurants and shops in the area.

Beautiful small hotel central to Courmayeur

Very comfortable and central to Courmayeur. Fantastic underground garage for our motorcycles at no charge. Very typical old style Italian accommodation in the shadow of Mont Blanc, very homely.

The nicest people you can meet.

The people where absolutely fantastic, they help us with out mobility restrictions and gave us a room on the lower level, they where some stair but they where super nice with us. It very very close to the FlixBus bus station so it was easy to reach

A welcoming hotel in a very central location at a reasonable cost.

A family run hotel a 2 minute walk from Via Roma - they were very attentive and helpful when it came to booking restaurants etc. for dinner and providing local insights. It's a traditional alpine village hotel with a very relaxed vibe.

Bad

Got charged twice for the booking, and now - more than 2 weeks post trip, still no compensation and continuous lengthy excuses with little action on the part of the property. Escalating to Customer service on Booking unfortunately as I don’t see an alternative resolution. shame. otherwise a nice property, but…

Pleasant

Location was the best thing about the hotel. The size of the room and of the bathroom was ok.

Booked through booking.com, but the lady at the reception could not even check that on her computer. She was working with a handwritten list, on which we did not exist. Comunication was hard, because she was speaking no Emglish and had vary basic French. After 20-30 minutes hard communication, we were finally able to get a room, which was not much heated and with the temperatures outside it was not vert pleasant. Later we've seen that the heating is working on a schedule and not all day long, which is hard to understand as far as the lady at the reception mentioned that the hotel is fully booked.

The spacious and has a lot of charm. The patio spaces are very comfortable and varied and the rooms are paneled in knotty pine giving it an old world coziness . The hotel is also in a fabulous location, just minutes from everything

I room happened to be on a busy street that was very noisy especially early in the morning. There’s no air-conditioning and we had our windows open in summer to keep the room cool at night. The noise wouldn’t be an issue on cooler days when you can close the window. Better to ask to be on the room off the busy street

Very good location. Friendly staff, cosy and feel like at home. Rooms were very clean and also cleaned every day.

Parking could have been included in the room rate (we had to pay extra 50 € per week for parking a car). Although rooms were very clean, the walls were thin and one could hear every sound from neighbour rooms. And bit more light (bright lamps) in the rooms could have been helped.

We did not enjoy it.

Room incredibly noisy. Right by the entrance and woken up every time someone returned late to their room as walls paper thin. Bed and pillows rock hard. Wifi did not work, towels like sandpaper so dryl Breakfast was average. Bread was dry.
