Everything was great! Location super central, close to 3 metro stations, and a short walk to several attractions and stores. Lots of restaurants nearby and in front of a mini market. Room and bathroom were clean, and they also provide some amenities, such as kettle, complimentary tea and coffee, hairdryer, body shower. Comfy bed, friendly staff! Our room has a nice balcony, but we didn't use it, as it was raining the whole week in Barcelona.
The only feedback I have for the accommodation is to get a better quality toilet paper. :)

Location
When we arrived, we had to wait for 2.5 hours outside to check in. There was no means of connecting with the reception or the hotel. It was horrible management. They promised a 24/7 reception desk and for three days we didn't see a single person when we needed help. The air conditioning is fixed at 24 degrees and you can not change the temperature. They only provide a single bedsheet- no comforter or anything else. There is also no one at the reception to ask for more supplies. Very bad experience overall.
