The staff were fantastic—from the front desk to the bellboy, everyone was incredibly attentive and welcoming. The location couldn’t have been better: Paseo de Gracia and La Rambla are just a short walk away, and the subway station is conveniently nearby as well.
The only minor issue was that the A/C was turned off, but after checking, I realized that most hotels do this during the winter. We simply slept with the window open, and it worked out fine.

The hotel was extremely clean and elegant, in an excellent location. Staff was friendly, parking was accessible for a large van. The food and amenities were great too. I would highly recommend.

Good location, small but nice breakfast buffet, very nice room, great staff. We really enjoyed our stay.
