Beautifully appointed and comfortable apartment in a quiet location with a villagey feel.

Linda was there to meet us and arranged for an early check in for us. She was so friendly, welcoming and helpful with suggestions of places to visit and to eat. We loved being on the outskirts of Zermatt and away from the hustle and bustle with the forest and mountains close by. Amazing view of the Matterhorn from the master bedroom. We loved using the spa and pool at the partner hotel in the town centre. (25F per person.)

Some people might find the distance to the centre a little long and steep. But there is a free bus service until the early evening.

Great place to stay - would book again !

Immaculate interior , well equipped , very comfortable accommodation.

Unfortunately there was construction going on next door which did start before 8 am some mornings . We couldn’t hear it with all doors and windows closed but as the weather was warm the upstairs windows had to be open at night . I could not fault the property itself at all , we had a wonderful stay .

Host Linda is amazing. This chalet is beautiful and caringly well and stylishly appointed.

The host Linda was AMAZING. So nice, so informative, so kind, gracious, willing, and friendly. She actually walked us into town and gave us a few awesome dining recommendations.

The beds were put together but the bedding remained single (so gap in the center of the double beds was awkward). "Ski in/ ski out if enough snow" may be misleading, since apparently there has not been enough snow in the past decade or so. The pay in full up front was off-putting.

Great Chalet near the city censtre with good service

Perfect place for 9 girls travelling. We got 2 big appartments, and free upgrade! We could order groceries, wine etc from the hostes which was perfect! Nice Hotell next to the chalet where you can eat breakfast and use the spa (ex cost for both).

Some more information about the slopes/ski in ski out etc. 15-20 min walking to the city centre, however you can take the skibus or a taxi.

A wonderful stay in one of the most beautiful places in the Swiss Alps.

The apartment was fantastic, and we had a perfect time. The location is a bit off if you want to go to restaurants in the city, but it's great for skiing and not far from the Apres Ski.

Our best winter vacation

The location was prime, excellent view of the Mattahorn peak from the apartment. It was clean, spacious, fully equipped with all kitchen needs (for a short stay), close to the bus stop, lots of towels and bath robes, wood burning stove/fireplace with one -two nights worth of wood. There is an elevator in the chalet so you don't need to carry you 20 bags of luggage up the stairs, and we'll, so much more...

The apartment is managed by the Matihol hotel, it would have been nice if the hotel would have provided shuttle service to the train station, like it does for the hotel guests. Not a big issue though. The pillows were a little too soft, but that's a personal matter.
