Wonderful stay

The apartment in the Chalet is beautiful, comfortable and clean. The location is good. A bit far, but manageable. A little more information on how easy it is to get the mini taxies would have been helpful.

The Spa was nice but had limited hours, which was disappointing. I wanted to use it in the morning and it does not open until 15:00. It was also difficult to turn on, and while it automatically turned off, there isn't any information on that, so we were confused. More information on the Spa would have been good.

A beautiful stay in Zermatt!

We had a magical time here! Tanja and the entire team were so wonderfully accommodating and responsive to any questions or requests that we had. The space is beautiful, we loved the interiors, and we loved how quiet the location was. It was so beautiful to wake up to snowy mountains - you can peek at the Matterhorn from the 1st floor, a full view of this glorious mountain is just a 1-2 minute walk away from the apartment. We especially loved the wellness room and made use of the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi - so perfect after a day out in the cold and snow. The apartment is beautiful, clean, modern and well-equipped and we will definitely be back next time we are in Zermatt.

WiFi is a bit slow, which can be difficult if you are working remotely or nomadically but also forces you to disconnect and reconnect with yourself and loved ones while there!

clean, quiet, roomy chalet at the foothills of the mountains very picturesque and good price for family of five

very clean well maintained property with room for my family of five. We could see Matterhorn from the balcony. Modern appliances. There’s washer and dryer on the ground floor that requires exact change. there’s also steam room and sauna.

The location is in the far end of town so it’s a bit of a hike to get to supermarket and we had to pay for taxi to carry the groceries back which each way cost $33. It would also be nice to get more soap for handwashing and also to shower with. The supermarkets are crazy crowded and everything closes at six or seven pm!

The size.

High on the hill. No included cleaning service. Only 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per person. Only 2 garbage bags for a full weeks stay.

Nice well organized house with a modern nice apartment. Very bad location.

the layout of the apartment and furnishing are excellent. Two convenient modern and bathrooms. We had a nice sunny balcony. Raclait and fondu sets in the apartment were a nice addition. The availability of a washer and dryer downstairs was nice. The hot dry sauna was excellent. the apartment was very clean.

Location is very remote and requires a considerable climb - you basically have to take a taxi all the time (these were 35 chf each time) However, even though remote, the apartment is located below noisy railway (operating only during the day) and the balcony and apartment are surrounded so that view is probably one of the poorest you can get around in Zermat. I added two pics of the review from the balcony. Mattresses sadly are inconvenient and were in need of replacement. The jacuzzi and humid sauna were not good. Location wise - in this case, it is better to take an apartment in Tasch, where you have a constant train from there every 20 minutes. At least the train is included in most of the passes you get anyway as part of a multiday vacation. I would recommend this apartment only for people equipped with bikes.

Heerlijk appartement

Heerlijk groot appartement met ruim balkon. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. 2 badkamers. Prima keuken met meer dan voldoende spullen. Communicatie verliep ook prima. Ook over hoe er te komen. Zermatt is immers autovrij.

Toller Aufenthalt mit super Lage und Sauna

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und die Wohnung entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen – sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Die Lage ist ideal für Wanderungen in der Region Zermatt. Ein besonderes Highlight war der kleine, aber feine Sauna-Bereich – perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem aktiven Tag. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief reibungslos und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Toll, tolle Wandertouren

Die Wohnung war toll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage im ruhigen Teil war super, auch wenn man ein bisschen laufen musste. In die Schlafzimmer konnte man von außen nicht reinblicken.
