Very clean and spacious rooms and location was TOP

Only downside is they dont have a 24/7 front desk incase something happens

We arrived and were quickly checked in. The building is old so be prepared for that. The elevator is small ( but that's how it is in Italy in old buildings) but I was happy that the hotel had one and was able to fit all our luggage. The staff was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. When I explained about being unhappy with my room, the front desk quickly upgraded my room the next day to a two bedroom apartment. They even had my room cleaned even after the cleaning hours were over. So that was very nice of them. Again, the office staff made my stay happy and comfortable.

The building is old and needs more upkeep and maintenance. The room I had booked had a weird smell in the bathroom but I was told that the pipes are old and the humidity can often bring out the smell. But they quickly fixed the issue by moving me to another room the next day. The room that I had booked originally looked much bigger in the pictures but I was disappointed with the size when I arrived. The room also faced the back with no open view. But again, that's not the hotel's fault.

very nice & spacious room for 3 people. the staff were very thorough with instructions in case we got there past the check in time. clean, good AC. great location as well.

the wifi was a little spotty at times but not bad.

Location was good

The shower had a step up to access it and was very small. Breakfast was not in the hotel- had to walk 10 minutes to get there - not conducive to a relaxing morning
