Comfortable and clean with a friendly team!

Great location on the road to the St Gotthard Pass. Very accommodating for me as a cyclist arriving by bike. Good restaurant and comfortable. Ticked all the boxes

The breakfast for someone setting out for a day of sport was a bit light. But for most travellers it was ideal. A little bit noisy because my room looked on to the main road.

Perfect location when crossing the Alps

I chose location for being close to the Gotthard tunnel. After a long drive across northern Italy, my plan was to sleep one night and cross the tunnel early in the morning. The plan worked out wonderfully and I had no waiting time to make the crossing. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

The town did not have much to offer, but I did not look around for options. That was not the reason for my trip.

Good hotel

Room was extremely clean, staff was very friendly. Check-in/check-out/breakfast times very accommodating. Parking on-site. Surrounding village is quiet but facilities are still nearby.

The bathroom was a little old fashioned and somewhat inconvenient (bath/shower combo).

Superb

This hotel/restaurant presented us with a nostalgic throw-back to the 80's, including the iconic Ovomaltine Abfallkübel on the breakfast table. The room was good for the price we paid, the bed and the bathroom with a large sized shower were more than adequate. The breakfast menu was very good with a croissant, orange juice, yoghurt, ham, cheese, jam etc as well as coffee and a wide choice of teas. Most of all though, we enjoyed the cheerful nature of the staff and their obvious pleasure in making our 2 night stay a memorable one.

Throwback to the 70’s-80’s, I loved it ! Tiziana was super welcoming and the staff is also very nice and reactive. Good value for the price Location is great as near from biasca and from other hiking treks

Superb

For this kind of price the stay was great. We were offered a safer parking for our motorcycles- We also went on dinner in the restraurant and it was pretty tasty and the portion just big enough. The public Wi-Fi didn't work but after talking to the waitress she gave us password for the private one and it was working good although the dowload speed could be increased.

I know the stay was cheap for Swiss standards but the breakfast could be bigger or at least with some more bread because after it, I didn't quite feel full.

Great place to stay!

They were extremely friendly and understanding. We had been delayed due to a lot of traffic on the way there and they waited for us and ensured we settled in comfortably. We surely will consider it in the future for a longer stay.

Okay für einen Zwischenstopp - sehr freundliche Besitzer und Personal - sauber

Gute Lage für einen Zwischenhalt auf dem Weg in die Toskana. Das Hotel selbst ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles war sehr sauber. Sehr freundliche Besitzer und Personal. Das Essen im Hotel war gut, das Frühstück etwas spärlich, aber okay.

Die WLAN Abdeckung ist nicht sehr gut und fällt im Hotel sehr unterschiedlich aus. Oft ist das WLAN weg und man merkt das nicht sofort. Da gehen die Mobilfunkkosten dann schon mal schnell in die Höhe. Da ist die Schweiz sehr teuer.

Locatie , ik had bij het ontbijt een ernstig medisch probleem, personeel en gasten waren meteen behulpzaam.

Slechte gedateerde kamer, vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaresse. Echter de dame bij het ontbijt verstond alleen Italiaans. Als je wat vroeg stond ze meteen met de armen omhoog; zo van, ik snap niet wat je vraagt

Het hotel kan een opfrissing gebruiken, maar de grootste troef is het uiterst vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel dat er werkelijk alles aan doet om je verblijf naar wens te laten verlopen. Lekker ontbijt en mogelijkheid om bij aankomst 's avonds nog een maaltijd te nuttigen in het restaurant. Ideale locatie voor een overnachting op doorreis naar of van Italië.

Lekker uitgerust en heerlijke start van de vakantie

Ontvangst was bijzonder vriendelijk en super gastvrij. Lokatie vanuit Nederland direct na de Gotthard tunnel, parkeerplaats voor de deur. Buiten het hotel om weinig vertier, in het hotel heerlijk gegeten en ‘s ochtends na een goed ontbijt lekker uitgerust de route naar Toscane vervolgt.

Kan niets opnoemen wat tegen viel.
