Carthorse Cottage is a barn converted cottage in Luton, Devon. It has five bedrooms including three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, two bedrooms have en-suite facilities as well as the cottage having three family shower rooms, it can sleep ten people. Also inside you will find a kitchen/diner, sitting room with a woodburning stove, indoor swimming pool and a games room. Outside is off road parking for six cars and on-site is the owner's Site of Special Scientific Interest with a stream, two ponds, a play area and picnic benches as well as a barbecue. Carthorse Cottage is an outstanding cottage in a great rural location.
