This hotel has a great location, being close to all the major attractions. Not only is it clean and tidy, but the hotel staff also provide excellent service.

Old room, and lack of AC & elavator

При заселении пришлось ждать на улице, пока придёт хозяин. Отказался заселить в оплаченный номер, потому что все номера заняты, каким образом отель подтвердил наличие мест и снял предоплату ответить не смог. В итоге поселили в другую гостиницу, в 350 метрах от оплаченной. Так что судить о том хорошая или плохая гостиница не могу - жил в другой.

I liked the interior design of the room, and I liked the size of the room too. I had no issues with the room or bathroom. The balcony was nice, even though the view of the sea was obstructed by other buildings. There was only one lady who made all the breakfast, tidied up the breakfast area, and cleaned the all the hotel rooms each day, which I thought was a little unfair and unbalanced as there were more staff in the reception room, who often had nothing to do apart from watch videos on YouTube. Overall, it is a reasonable hotel to stay in as you probably be out and about all day exploring the city.

The whole ambiance and lack of friendly atmosphere at the hotel, made me and my family feel like if I had any issues, to basically not bother any of the reception staff at all, who clearly were not over worked at all. The gentleman at the reception area, on our day of checkout, was friendlier and looked like he was quite busy. However, overall, most of the reception staff had very little work to do as they were watching YouTube videos most of the time. Location is great, room is a good size for a family of 4 to 5 members, bathroom works well, and rooms were cleaned each day. Breakfast was poor, same choices every day, if the food ran out, it was hardly replaced, so it was mainly on a first come first served basis.
