We stayed at Junior Suite of Blu Ma Cel for the last leg of our trip to Turkey. Chose to end it with the charm of old town, and this hotel made it to the highlight of our stay. We arrived and greeted by the owner/manager/staff, and even provided with Istanbulkart for ease of going around with metro & alot of other tips and great hospitality.
The room is spacious for 2 people and we even had 3 luggages with us and its still enough to accommodate. Our bed is so clean and comfortable, it feels like a homey-hotel stay. The service and attention to detail is top tier. They really do practice the level of service you’d get at hotel. The breakfast is amazing too, expect amazing Turkish breakfast and other usual breakfast that you can find on their cafe’s menu. Such a vibe!
Going around from this spot is effortless. You can walk, or take the scooter (We love BINBIN) or order a taxi to go around (other than the bus & metro). Food places & convenient stores are literally within 2mins of walking, with plenty of choices.
I do suggest to take their airport transfer if you’re travelling with family, they engage with great SUV service provider. Both of our airport transfer trip were such a breeze & comfortable. The price will be slightly higher than if you were to order from MARTI app, but in my experience if you want the experience to be memorable and not tarnished with others attitude or car condition, then this is definitely worth the price.
