La localisation proche des lieux d’intérêt de la région : Tre Cimes, lac de Sorapiss, Cinque Torri, lac de Braies La présence d’un lave-linge dans la résidence.

Le manque d’ustensiles et d’équipement pour la cuisine : une seule petite cuillère, pas de bol, pas de spatule, de bon couteau, pas de couvercle sur la poêle… L’insonorisation moyenne : entendre les voisins rigoler, l’impression qu’il déménagent quand ils bougent une chaise

Nice location, good views from the balconies, comfortable enough room with a small kitchenette, main hotel is up the hill with a bar (we did not visit this however) and the local small villages as well as Cortina itself are easily accessible by road.

Settling some confusion with the advertised number of beds for our booking was a struggle with one of the staff at the main reception and led to us paying additional money for the original number of beds we believed we had booked, additionally, though the three rooms used were of the same type, they were not of the same size or quality, and one room had a persistent foul odour from the bathroom which was not sorted by the residence operators during our stay after reporting it. Overall it was a nice stay but not worth the cost we paid.
