The location near the mountains. The breakfast was really good. Staff very polite and willing to serve you. The bed was comfortable enough to have a good sleep. You get a welcome drink that helped us relaxed.
The cleanness of the room could be better, the show a little small. Also there was NO shampoo on the shower. We had to request it the following day. Also no air-conditioning , was sweating a lot even with the window opened.

Beautiful nature, trees, woods, calm and peaceful surroundings History of the hotel, which should emphasize more, as a good market strategy. The church nearby, such a diamond( also should me more highlighted. Lovely little gardens in front of the hotel and cultivated herbs.
Some guests made noice late in the evening on the lobby terrace, sleeping area is near that terrace. Maybe they can use indoor lobby.

Location was beautiful and the house cleaning staff were lovely
The small print. The pool/spa is a Hike down the road and not part of the hotel. It is also closed for major renovations. Don’t really think it should be on the brochure! Toilet didn’t flush. Stayed 5 nights and it still wasn’t fixed. Towel rails fell off and it took no exaggeration 15 mins before our shower turned to luke warm water. (No hot)
