Condo amazing, management not.

The condo itself is absolutely beautiful. The balcony alone is worth the stay. Liked the building, the pool, the location of the building, the beach....literally everything is amazing. That being said, upon arrival we noted that the second bathroom's shower was leaking, not a drip, but a literal stream. The half bath sink also had no water pressure. The wifi password also was not given for 3 days, when it was it was the wrong password and I had to call someone else finally to get it. So that was 4 1/2 days with no wifi. I texted and called repeatedly, DAILY, about the wifi and the water leak/drip and every day was told they were getting a hold of someone in my area. We checked in on Saturday. On Thursday someone called and asked if we wanted it fixed now or when we left, and we said now because it was a bad leak and also it was very annoying to listen to in the second bedroom for the people in there. We never heard from anyone. I did call and/or text the number daily, multiple times, and never could get these issues fixed. The condo is amazing, but frankly it is way too expensive to have no wifi and have to listen to a water leak and all have to use one shower the whole time. I was told by one person on the phone we would get somewhat of a reimbursement for all of this, but I have tried to contact them for the last week and no one will call me back. The condo itself is great, the management property not so much so.

The location

the sliding glass door in the living room didn’t function and the ice maker in the kitchen didn’t work. It sounds like small stuff but to enjoy the veranda everyone had to come through the master bedroom and going out for ice repeatedly was a nuisance.

The view was amazing. I loved our room. Very spacious. Very quiet. Not a lot of people.

The rail to the pool was broken. The front desk staff was not very pleasant. Several times we went to the indoor pool (it closed at 10pm) and they would be locked up at 7:30pm.

We had no complaints except for the weather...a hurricane was coming😔!! Our visit Otherwise was awesome!
