My husband and I recently visited this condo for a weekend “babymoon” and enjoyed it very much! While not directly oceanfront, the view from the balcony is beautiful and the beach is just steps away. While we enjoyed our time here, we had some difficulty getting the parking website to work, and the host was not quick to respond. Also, we were surprised that there were not staple items such as trash bags, which we are usually provided when staying in units like these! Overall, definitely recommend staying, just know you will have to bring a lot more from home than you would typically expect to when staying at a hotel or other condo!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Orange Beach at The Palm Beach B22 and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The condo is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and has a great layout. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing. The location is unbeatable, situated close to local restaurants, seafood markets, and near Gulf State Park for wonderful walking paths. The views from the balcony were stunning. The building itself is secure and well-managed, including two heated pools. And just steps from the beach. Overall, I highly recommend Palm Beach Resort B22 for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient stay with excellent Property Hosts John and Pam. Communication was exceptional.

The Palms Beach property is a family favorite of ours. This was our fifth time at this resort and you can’t go wrong! The condo was just the right size for our family. We had a wonderful time in this condo. The condo it self was spotless and plenty a room for our family of 4. The complex was great it’s not huge so you don’t have a ton of people trying to use the pools at the same time. There was always people who work for the complex cleaning and taking care of the grounds. The beach was great and we got so many shells this time it really helped to make my kids vacation. We will be back.

We were so excited about our trip to Orange Beach and this condo did not disappoint!! When we first walked in we heard a smoke detector going off. We looked for some batteries but couldn’t locate any. I called the owner and left a message and he got back with me fast and had the issue resolved by the time we got back from dinner!! It was OK. Just OK. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Not a place we'd come back to every year and we do come to orange beach every year. There was no code given for the gym, albeit the gym was quite tiny anyway. The location and beach access was excellent, however. Floors not clean and patio tables had bird poop on table, so it was a turnoff to have lunch out there. Elevator to our building was down, inconvenience for groceries during thanksgiving week.

We arrived 30 mins early before check in and was able to reach out and access the condo early. The owners communicated quickly.
