Come enjoy beach life at its best! This condo is perfect for families! Located in beautiful Orange Beach AL at Sugar Beach Condominiums. Our unit is a cute 1 bedroom 2 bath town-home. The main level has a full bath, kitchen with dishwasher, full sized washer and dryer, a pull out queen sized sofa bed, and flat screen TV. There is also a balcony with an indirect gulf view. Upstairs offers a queen size bed, twin bunk beds, along with a flat screen TV and an additional full bath. Complex offers great amenities! Direct beach access, 3 full sized pools, one of which is heated, a kiddie pool, tennis court, covered parking, BBQ and picnic area, and a snack bar that is open during the summer season. We are located in Orange Beach close to great restaurants and shopping!

The condo was very nice. It was so clean! It was stocked with anything that you would need for a few meals there. The location is very convenient to many attractions. I love the little snack and drink bar! I have stayed at Sugar Beach before and I am sure I will stay again! Perfect for us!

a very clean and comfortable unit in this particular perpendicular to the beach condo with the unit toward the highway side. elevators were a bit flaky the first few days but fixed.. because of the bunk beds, the queen bed is flush to the wall so it is hard for two people to get in and out. The unit will be better with just the sleeper sofa downstairs minus the bunk beds. so two adults going to easily use the queen bed. this unit is an excellent value for the price.

The place was great. We enjoyed our time there. The only issue we had was that the oven is a little outdated and it was difficult to cook there because it was not working properly but I’m being picky here. I would definitely go back. The owners were great and helped us with little issues very quickly. No complaints. It’s part of life that some things don’t go perfectly sometimes.

Here is what I emailed to our host Just some quick feedback on your rental. You advertise a clean unit but from our observations not so much. See attached photos. Double doors are disgusting coming into the hallway. Hem on curtains is filthy. Front door is sticky, your garbage and cookware, plates etc. area looks as if something blew up food wise all over the inside. I would recommend another area to have your garbage can, which has no cover, other than with the plates and pans for eating. The refrigerator/freezer has a bad stench coming from it that the baking soda doesn’t cover up. A thorough cleaning including all the cupboards and drawers inside and out would help. Toaster doesnt work. Won’t hold down the bread. The TV is very hard to understand and work with the remote

The rooms were very clean. This may be listed as a 6 person condo, but we had 3 adults and two small kids that filled it up. It was great for us but it would've been crowded if we had another adult. The owners are very responsive so that's a plus. We loved the location of the property. It sits between Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. The pools were also a big hit for the kids. With four pools, people are able to spread out and not crowd anybody. Overall it was a great stay and would love to go back!

Overall, this property was great in a pinch when we decided to vacation last minute. It says it sleeps 6, which it can, however, the pull out sofa bed was nearly impossible to sleep in. My mom was going to use that bed, but ended up sleeping on the bottom bunk in our room. Luckily, we had that extra bed. I would definitely recommend the property, and it would get a full 5 stars if that pull out sofa had been somewhat comfortable. Parking is TIGHT, which is understandable since it’s an older condominium, and back then cars weren’t so large. If too many large trucks/SUVs are in the parking area, it can be difficult to get a spot and still have room to get out of the vehicle.

I was in desperate need of some time off, and found this little gem as the perfect getaway. I love that it is conveniently next to everything (beach, grocery stores, restaurants, etc). Despite finding some dark spots in the downstairs shower, everything else was very clean. I had no need to contact the owners outside of obtaining the details for the property. I got what i paid for and was very happy with my overall stay! Would book again!

There was a guard shack to get onto the property and that process was super simple and efficient, on-site parking was plentiful The condo had everything the owner stated would be there , condo also had a nice homey feel to it which was nice , property was clean and well kept . This place was perfect for our family of 4. Comfy, clean, nice condo! The kids loved the bunk beds. Upstairs was very spacious also. Fans downstairs and Upstairs kept us nice and cool while we were inside. Would definitely recommend!
