Beautiful, peaceful location. Very cosy inside, had everything we needed and good bird-spotting opportunities. Cake and milk on arrival was nice
It got very warm and struggled to cool it down even with all windows open

A little gem in a perfect location with everything a couple could need for a comfortable relaxing stay.

We enjoyed the peaceful and beautiful setting of the Linhay and its proximity to walks on the moors and the Lydford Gorge. It is also well-placed for visits to may locations further afield. The accommodation is comfortable and feels like a home. The welcome treats were very much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to return.
I cannot think of anything that could be improved.
