LYDONIA BARN

This is our fourth time staying here and we absolutely love it. It’s perfect for our little family of three (me, my husband and our dog). We visit Devon to see family just over the border in Cornwall, and this always makes the perfect base for a long weekend. The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated, and has everything you could need. The location is ideal for walks and day trips, and we always feel relaxed as soon as we arrive. We’ll definitely be back again.

We couldn’t think of any negatives.

The location was perfect for us. The barn was beautiful with everything we needed and obviously very well thought out. Kim and Geoff were lovely hosts.

Only the weather at times but it didn't spoil it for us.

Everything was just perfect. We loved everything about the barn. It was super clean, very comfy and we enjoyed our stay a lot. There was really nothing to complain about. The kitchen was very well-equipped ans the bed was very comfy. What I personally loved most was that it was so quiet and that we had our personal alarm clock every morning (blackbirds and robins singing). We will be back in Devon and we will definitely be back in Lydonia Barn then. Totally recommend it to everyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Devon.

Great location, has everything we needed, great communication from owners. Lovely pub food just down the road. The most comfortable bed we’ve slept on in a long time. Loved the use of the outdoor space, a little sun trap in the afternoon
