We were very happy with the place. The staff, especially the owners, were very accommodating and friendly. The place is homey and cozy. We stayed for 2 nights. They cleaned the room daily. Lastly, the place is just 10min walking distance to the skiing place. I would surely choose this place whenever I feel like coming back to Austria for White Christmas.

Very pleasant hotel with homey hospitality and great food

Very friendly owners. Nice introduction tour through the hotel upon arrival. Very clean, freshly renovated hotel. Nice atmosphere and - subjective -cosy, nice interior. Nice sauna area, with sufficient deck chairs to relax. Indoor swimming pool sufficient to splash (not sufficient to have a proper swim). We booked half-board and truly enjoyed the quality of the food! Looked daily forward to the evening dinner. Good and very tasty breakfast with great range of food to choose from. Free and fast shuttle service - some 2 minutes - to the lift in Fiss. Free cabinets in Fiss lift station to store shoes, skies, helmet, etc. Easy to walk back to hotel after skiing to the hotel through cosy town. We had a very nice room, large enough, with balcony, sofa, sufficient space to hang out clothing and store our stuff. Sufficient parking in front of hotel. Really commended hotel.

If one likes to swim 15km per day, then the pool in the hotel may be disappointing.

Sehr gastfreundliches, gepflegtes Hotel mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Das Inhaber geführte Hotel ist sehr gast- und familienfreundlich, super sauber und gepflegt. Meine Zimmermöblierung war schon älter aber top gepflegt. Das Frühstück war einfach und sehr gut. Im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern in Serfaus/Fiss ein top Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Für Skifahrer: zur Lifttalstation sind es 10 min zu Fuss. Aber eigentlich kein Problem da man in Serfaus/Fiss in den Talstationen Locker hat um die Skier und Stiefel zu belassen, die Zugangskarte (und auch Liftpässe!) bekommt man im Hotel. Sehr komfortabel. Ausserdem Shuttlen die Inhaber auch auf Anfrage zur Talstation, sehr nett. Das Lukas liegt am unteren Rand von Fiss und ist über das Auto einfach zu finden.

Die Abendkarte war eher begrenzt, allerdings habe Ich sie nicht genutzt und kann daher kein wirkliches Urteil fällen.

Perfektes Skihotel

Wir haben das Hotel Lukas für unseren Skiurlaub mit einer Gruppe von 4 Personen gebucht. Als Skihotel die perfekte Wahl. Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer. Beide waren top ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel. Bei Check-in haben wir vom Hotel je Zimmer ein Skidepot direkt an der Piste zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit direkt an der Rezeption Skipässe zu kaufen. Das Frühstück ist übersichtlich, bietet aber alles was man sich wünschen kann. Das Hotelteam bietet einen Shuttle Service zur Skipiste an, was sehr komfortabel ist. Im Hotel gibt es auch die Möglichkeit, die eigene Skiausrüstung in einem beheizten Skiraum unterzubringen. Das Hotelteam ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Spa-Bereich bietet eine Auswahl an verschiedenen Saunen und einen Pool. Für den Aufenthalt im Spa-Bereich befindet sich eine spezielle Spa-Tasche mit Handtüchern und Bademänteln in jedem Zimmer.

Leider waren die Kissen sehr platt, was den Schlaf leider sehr beeinträchtigt hat.

Sauberkeit war top. Schönes Schwimmbad.

Keine Eindeckung zum Frühstück .Teller, Besteck mussten selbst geholt werden. Keine Smalltalk/Kommunikation mit Servicekräften. Im Allgemeinen herrscht eine sehr unpersönliche Atmosphäre im Hotel. Sehr speziell ist die Transparenz vom Schlafbereich zum Bad/Toilette durch eine Glaswand. Leider ist dieser lediglich durch Sichtstreifen, die jedoch ihren Zweck nicht erfüllen, "abgetrennt".Nicht jedermann Sache.

Für meinen Zwischenstop ideal gelegen auf dem Weg nach Südtirol.

Nettes kleineres Hotel in schöner Lage. Die Aufmachung, Räumlichkeiten sowie Zimmer machen einen gepflegten und freundlichen Eindruck. Ich bin mit dem Motorrad angereist und hatte in der Tiefgarage einen Stellplatz. HP habe ich noch dazu gebucht, man konnte auf meine extra Wünsche dabei kurzfristig eingehen, nettes freundliches Personal im Speiseraum. Beim Frühstück habe ich nichts vermißt. Am Abend noch gemütlich in der Hotelbar den Abend ausklingen lassen. War für mich als Durchreisender mit einer Übernachtung gut ausgewählt. Über den Wellness / Spa /Schwimmbad Bereich kann ich keine Angeben machen – dafür war mein Aufenthalt zu kurz.

Am Preis/Leistung Verhältnis würde ich bei der HP kleine Abstriche machen. Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung. Es mag ja durchaus super modern und fortschrittlich sein, Badezimmer heute nur noch durch eine sehr großzügige Glaswand/Schiebetüre von restlichem Zimmer abzutrennen. Der hier so offen gestalteten Feuchtraum - ist mir persönlich zu „transparent“. Selbst bei Paaren die schon viel Jahre zusammen sind, gibt es Momente im Leben wo man(n) alleine sein möchte. Das ist hier praktisch nicht möglich. Ein deutlich großzügiger (oder gesamter) Milchglasbereich hätte mir deutlich besser gefallen.

Gut für ein paar Tage Bikeurlaub

Gutes Zimmer, leider an der Straße, daher eher laut. Ausstattung OK. (kein Kühlschrank) Frühstück war sehr gut!

Die Klarglas Schiebetür zum Bad ist eine katastrophe - Streifen sollten als Sichtschutz dienen, die es aber nicht tun. Das Problem ist, dass Dusche und WC im gleichen Raum sind. Die Glaswand für die Dusche wäre ja noch OK, aber keiner will den Partner/Kollegen beim Tolettengang zusehen. Wenn nur die Dusche/Waschbecken mit Glas vom Zimmer getrennt wäre, wär das kein Problem. Leider auch keine freundliche Begrüßung bzw. Verabschiedung, eher genervt.

Ottima esperienza

Abbiamo scelto questa sistemazione come tappa di una notte per il nostro tour in moto. L'hotel era pulito e ordinato come nelle foto. La colazione a buffet molto buona e abbondante. Per la notte ci hanno fatto parcheggiare la moto nel loro garage gratuitamente. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del soggiorno e posso consigliarlo x altri motociclisti. Ci ritornerei.

La stanza era fronte strada, un po' rumorosa. Si sentivano le auto passare.

No Go ist eine Klarglas Schiebetür zum Bad - die Streifen als Sichtschutz waren eher in Bauchhöhe. Niemand will dem Partner beim Toilettengang zusehen, wir zumindest nicht - wenn nur die Dusche/Waschbecken mit Glas vom Zimmer getrennt wäre, wär das kein Problem. Beim Frühstück gab es keinen koffeinfreien Cafe, mir wurde als koffeinfreien Cafe der Tee angeboten. Wellness Bereich bis 19h hat uns bei sommerlichen Temperaturen nicht interessiert, wäre aber ansonsten viel zu früh geschlossen. Nur Verdunklung mit Vorhang, keine Rolläden. Vorhänge 2/3 zu 1/3 waren genau falsch angeordnet. Mit geöffneter Tür war der Vorhang nicht passend, der Bereich war hell. Für uns keine 3 Sterne. Leider auch keine freundliche Begrüßung bzw Betreuung.

Top locatie, goed bereikbaar, heel erg schone en ruime kamer met balkon. Super uitzicht.

Niet heel veel parkeerplaatsen, maar konden toch nog redelijk in de buurt parkeren.
