Top locatie in Serfaus, recht voor de ingang van de metro. Kamer was gezellig en schoon, bedden prima.

De locatie. Dicht bij de metro en op loopafstand van de gondels en het centrum. Het ontbijt was op zich prima. Gezin met 2 tieners; de vraag was of dit in ieder geval op dezelfde etage kon zijn. Bij aankomst op 2 verschillende etages. Hier melding van gemaakt. Dit is adequaat opgepakt waardoor wij (kinderen en ouders) dicht bij elkaar zaten. Goed opgepakt.
Een koelkast op de kamer zou prettig zijn geweest met deze temperaturen (30c +). De ruimte is er voor.

Heel vriendelijk Nederlands sprekend personeel, geen vraag is te veel, super goed ontbijt (speciaal lactosevrije opties geregeld, geweldig!), gezellige sfeer. Functionele kamer, perfect voor ons, 2 van de 4 bedden van onze kamer waren heel fijn en dat was voor ons ideaal (de kinderen zijn niet kieskeurig :)) We keren graag terug!
De 2 bedden aan de kant van de badkamer waren in ons geval wat minder goed. Maar voor ons was dat geen probleem. De bedden aan de kant van de deur waren heerlijk :)

La posizione in cui si trovava l'hotel
A colazione c'era la scelta di un solo dolce. Un mattino non c'era neanche quello. Il personale alla reception non c'era mai, se avevi bisogno dovevi perdere mezz'ora... Mi è capito più volte di essere li con altre persone, alla fine ti stufati e te ne andavi. C'era una sola persona che parlava italiano del personale.
