Splendid autonomous, comfortable and welcoming holiday home, consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are double rooms and 1 single room, 1 bathroom with shower cubicle, 1 bathroom-laundry room with washing machine, 1 well equipped kitchen with adjoining living room, a large veranda sea, a lovely garden, a terrace-solarium with a wonderful view and a convenient car park. It is located between the ancient fishing villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero (respectively 2 km and 1.5 km) and precisely 100 meters from Lido Morghella, a beautiful beach bathed by the Ionian sea, with clear blue waters where it is they can enjoy moments of absolute tranquility. The structure stands on a position that offers, from the large veranda, a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and of an ancient salt pan now abandoned for so many years where many species of migratory water birds stop for several months of the year. of the whole landscape. This home has been carefully thought out and arranged. The wrap around veranda is a delight with a perfect view to the beach 200 yards away. We loved the garden and the privacy. Overall we had a great stay

Everything was perfect. The kitchen had all the necessary items to cook meals. The host was always available and greeted us and came when we departed. Beautiful beach. Great location.

To begin, we arrived to Roberto and his son at this beyond beautiful, well-appointed, comfortable single family home, and Roberto was the kindest, most-caring, and truly dear host to get us started on our 4+ day stay here just a few steps from the lovely Lido Morghella beach and the soothing Ionian Sea (where we bathed daily in the beautiful warm water even in October!) and a kilometer or so from sweet Marzamemi and also Portopalo, both with great restaurants and other activities to well-occupy your time and hearts, too. The main bedroom bed is so comfortable in this home, the kitchen is lovely and well-stocked for cooking, the living spaces and bathrooms are impeccably clean, and the wide front porch looks out over the beautifully gardened property and then the sea with so much comfort and loveliness that, we really can say, you simply must come here to bask in the care and gentleness that this amazing spot in Sicily will afford you (and your family, as there are three bedrooms). Roberto, we are so grateful for this place (that your father built and that you so lovingly maintain!). And we genuinely feel gratitude, too, for you and your lovely family, too. Thank you so much… beyond all expectations and hopes!

La casa è spaziosa, pulitissima e molto accessoriata. Il patio, vivibile sia di giorno che di notte, è il punto di forza, insieme al giardino molto curato. Comodissima la doccia esterna, utilizzata sia al ritorno dalla spiaggia che la sera in alternativa a quella interna. Bella la spiaggia di fronte a casa: poco affollata anche in pieno agosto, acqua cristallina e fresca ( molto apprezzata in questo torrido agosto!), con costa rocciosa dove si può fare snorkeling, e con rete da pallavolo, per la gioia dei ragazzi.
Unico appunto da fare sul frigorifero: per 5 persone potrebbe risultare un po' piccolo e forse a causa delle temperature torride di quest'estate ha mostrato qualche problema nel garantire un'adeguata refrigerazione.
Roberto è un host attento, disponibile, discreto e reattivo alle richieste degli ospiti.
