This holiday home is located a few minutes from the centre of Portopalo di Capo Passero and its beautiful beaches.
The newly renovated house has an independent entrance, and consists of a living room with kitchen and sofa, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large veranda and patio for parking, and can accommodate up to 5 people.
A large veranda with a reed porch ensures pleasant evenings outdoors, with the possibility of grilling in the barbecue area for the exclusive use of guests.
The living room has functional furniture, a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, crockery, pots and pans and kitchen towels.
Both double rooms can be arranged with double beds as required. The larger room has a 3rd bed. The bathroom with shower has a hairdryer and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided, and the windows are all fitted with mosquito nets.
The flat in Portopalo is 60 km from Syracuse and Ragusa. The nearest airport is Comiso, 85 km away. The beautiful beaches of the Vendicari reserve and the Lido di Noto are about 16 km away.
