very nice cosy apartment in great quiet neighbourhood

● Location is great. quiet, friendly neighbourhood, close to nature and city centre, bus stop outside front door, other bus stop 4min walk, 25 min walk or 5 min bus ride to city centre, supermarkets nearby (8min walk to Aldi/Rewe, 5min walk to Netto) ● VERY cosy apartment!! Good atmosphere, has everything you need ● Cooking facilities ● Lots of space

● Some things were broken and should be replaced (e.g. desk chair) ● Other things were not working properly or missing (but most of it was promptly fixed by hosts when I told them)

The apartment is ok for a short stay, location is goog, good access to city center.

Terrible host! The host never answered my messages, or when I called. They didn't give me the code for the key lockbox until 2 days after the beginning of my stay. I got in because a neighbor knew the code, but if it was up to the host I would sleep in the street! Besides that, the apartment needs a deep cleaning, especially the windows.

Die Studio Wohnung ist gefaehrlich angelegt und dreckig

Die Lage ist ideal. Ruhig und abseits aber recht schneller Fußweg zur Innenstadt

Bei der Ankunft gab es Verwirrung wie wir a den Schüssel kommen. Vermieter war nicht da aber konnte ihn nach zwei Versuchen telefonisch erreichen. Er sagte wir hätten über Booking einen Code für die Schluesselbox bekommen und dass ich wohl nicht richtig gelesen hätte aber selbst nach weiterer Suche habe ich definitiv keine Nachricht erhalten. Die Studio Wohnung war klein, aber das war uns bewusst. Was uns nicht bewusst war ist wie gefährlich sie ausgebaut ist. Die Treppe ist extrem steil und die Tür zum Bad geht buchstäblich über der obersten Stufe auf. Wir mussten nachts das Licht anlassen, damit wir uns nicht das Genick brechen wenn wir nachts auf Toilette mussten… und selbst mit Licht war es wirklich gefährlich. Das Waschbecken im Bad war so tief wie eine Hand lang ist… das Gesicht waschen war kaum möglich. Die Dusche war super eng und auch dreckig/alt um die Tür. Die Kaffee Maschine war dreckig mit eine Kaffeering noch in der Karaffe. Die Bratpfanne was so fettig im Schrank, als ich sie raus nehmen wollte war meine Hand ganz klebrig, nur vom Anfassen. Die Heizung scheint vom Vermieter geregelt zu werden. A den ersten zwei Abenden war die Heizung auf einmal komplett aus (gegen 21 Uhr) und es wurde so kalt, wir in Kleidern und Socken schlafen mussten (die Decken waren super dünn). Irgendwann am ganz frühen Morgen ging die Heizung wieder an und wir wurden wach weil wir jetzt am Schwitzen waren. Nach den ersten zwei Tagen wurde die Heizung nur runter gedrosselt anstatt ausgeschaltet, das war dann nicht ganz so schlimm aber trotzdem ärgerlich wenn man so viel für so eine kleine Wohnung bezahlt und dann noch nicht mal selbst einstellen kann wie warm oder kalt man es mag. Die Studio Wohnung wuerde ich niemandem empfehlen.

Auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert

Sehr schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Die zugesagte Rechnung ist bis heute nicht übersandt worden und auf mehrfache Rückfragen wurde nicht mehr geantwortet. Das Appartement wurde nur sehr schlecht beheizt. Im Winter auf gar keinen Fall zu empfehlen. Es ist ausserdem sehr hellhörig und das Zimmer ist im 2. Stock, direkt unter dem Dach und nur über eine enge und steile Treppe zu erreichen. Für den Hund wurde eine extra Zahlung angefordert, natürlich in bar. Aufgrund der fehlenden Rechnungsstellung auf keinen Fall für Geschäftsreisen zu empfehlen.

Selbstversorger-Studio in guter Lage

Lage - 30 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum, guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Region SAR-LOR-LUX kostenloser Parkplatz an der Strasse WLAN sehr gut Böden, Bad und Kühlschrank sauber Mülltrennung mit genauer Instruktion Alles da, was man braucht - Küche mit kleinem Backofen, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Filter-Kaffeemaschine, Spülmittel, reichlich Bad- und Küchenwäsche, Bügeleisen und -brett Vermieter antwortet schnell

Besteck und Töpfe nicht sauber unappetitliche Spritzer von Speiseresten an der Wand neben der Spüle Reparaturstau (Schreibtischplatte und Stuhlsitz lose, Beleuchtung über Küche funktioniert nicht, Handbrause lässt sich nicht feststellen, eine Lampe braucht eine neue Birne…) Treppe zum Studio extrem steil und unbequem zu begehen; hat mich nicht wirklich gestört, macht das Studio aber für Gehbehinderte absolut ungeeignet Matratze für meinen Geschmack viel zu weich, knubbelige Kopfkissen (sollten ersetzt werden)
