Sehr gute Küchenausstattung, es war alles da was gebraucht wurde. Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bett ist sehr weich, ich fand es super bequem..Bushaltestelle gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Es ist noch Luft nach oben. Die wackeligen Regale und schiefen Schranktüren richten oder austauschen.

ruhige Lage, gute Zentrumsnähe und Anbindung an den ÖPVN, Stellplatz vor dem Gebäudekomplex
alle genannten Mängel aus Bewertungen andere Nutzer aus den Vorjahren sind immer noch nicht behoben wie z.B. deffekte Badtür, kein Licht am Spiegelschrank und äußerst wacklige Ablage darunter, beschädigter Korbstuhl auf dem Balkon, keinen vernünftigen Tisch (ist nur ein alter PC Tisch mit unterschiedlichen Stühlen), wackliger Kleiderständer. Ganze zwei zusammen gesuchte Tassen und die Kühl-Gefrierkombination ist auch abenteuerlich im Wohnbereich untergebracht. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung wirkte deutlich aus zusammengesuchtes minderwertiges Mobiliar.
